Fire Pit: We don't provide firewood, so if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit during your stay, please plan to bring or purchase your own. To help keep the property clean and reduce bugs, we don't store firewood on-site. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you enjoy a cozy evening around the fire! Towels: We provide 2–4 towels per guest to help you get settled in. For extended stays, we ask that guests wash and reuse the towels as needed, just as you would at home. Both washer and dryer sets are available for your convenience. Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies to help you get settled in, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. These items are not restocked during your stay. If you need additional supplies, you're welcome to purchase them, or we can restock them for you for an additional fee. Cleaning: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and additional cleanings can be scheduled during your stay for an additional fee. If you choose not to add housekeeping, we simply ask that you care for the home as you would your own. Please clean up spills as soon as possible and let us know if something stains the furniture so we can help prevent permanent damage. Keeping the kitchen tidy and trash emptied also helps prevent bugs and ants. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable and well-maintained for everyone. Mail & Packages: Guests may receive Amazon and other package deliveries. (USPS mail should not be forwarded to the property.) Maintenance: Because this is a professionally managed home, occasional maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, or routine inspections may occur during your stay.
